Privacy
This notice describes how the founder-run Hi Ai project handles data in the current Release 0 experience.
Who operates Hi Ai
Hi Ai is currently operated as a founder-run project. A dedicated privacy contact will be published before external analytics or error monitoring is activated.
Data used by the product
- Account authentication uses information such as an email address, authentication records, and session cookies required to sign in and keep a session secure.
- Profiles may contain a chosen handle, display name, biography, avatar URL, and website URL supplied by the account owner.
- Product activity may include saved posts, followed topics, votes, comments, learning progress, and submitted posts or applications, depending on the access available to an account.
- Technical request and operational data is processed as needed to host, secure, and maintain the service.
Hosting and storage
Hi Ai uses Vercel to host the application and Supabase for authentication and product data. These services process data needed to provide and protect the current experience.
Analytics and error monitoring
Optional Vercel Web Analytics is not currently active. The public Hi Ai experience will not use it unless it is explicitly enabled after Product Owner approval, privacy and cost review, completion of any required controller or contact details, and review of Vercel usage controls. Third-party product analytics and error-monitoring providers are not currently active.
Hi Ai maintains daily aggregate counts of a small set of successful product actions. These aggregate rows contain no account, session, content, URL, or individual-event identifiers and are not used to reconstruct individual activity.
Retention and changes
Product data is retained as needed to operate the current service and preserve account activity. More specific retention commitments will be published only when they have been approved and can be supported. This notice will be revised when data practices or providers change.
